I have since called AOL. Apparently, the panel that opens in Outlook 356 while trying to set up email is a Yahoo panel. Yahoo owns AOL. AOL owns Verizon emails. The companies are not connected for the email service. I can’t use the Yahoo window for AOL emails, but I had no other options. I found this article online:
