Section 474 comes into force on the day after the date on which the Immigra‐tion Act 2009 Amendment Act 2010 receives the Royal assent. An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legis‐lation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This note is not part of the Act. 2010 (SR 2010/185).
