Is this a reference to a pause in US aid to Ukraine? Or the attempt to make it look this way?

It looks to me like an act of Electronic Warfare and one of the recent spate of airplane accidents, probably starting with the Aktau crash.
It is logical but uncomfortable to suspect the Ukrainian (Military?) Intelligence, however all options and leads should be carefully investigated.
It does not look like a simple accident or simply the human error.
Trump asked very reasonable questions, and they should be answered.
